Hiding Cancelled or Inactive Locations Within The SimpliSafe® Online Account

If you have a cancelled or inactive location and no longer wish to see it in the list of available locations, you can hide it at any time from within the SimpliSafe® Online Account (opens in new tab).

Note, this feature is NOT available in the SimpliSafe® Mobile App.

To Hide a Location on the Online Account:

  1. Log in to the SimpliSafe® Online Account (opens in new tab) using the web browser of your choice

  2. Underneath your email address in the upper left corner of the screen, choose Manage Account

  3. Scroll down to the Protected Locations section of this page

  4. Check the box in the “Hide Location from Dashboard” column for the location you wish to hide

If you have multiple locations (3 or more) you will need to toggle “Show Only Active Locations” from the top of the Property Management screen when you first login to your Online Account. This feature will hide locations that are inactive, meaning they are not subscribed to a professional monitoring plan (opens in new tab).

To Unhide a Location on the Online Account:

  1. Log in to the SimpliSafe® Online Account (opens in new tab) using the web browser of your choice

  2. Underneath your email address in the upper left corner of the screen, choose Manage Account

  3. Scroll down to the Protected Locations section of this page

  4. Uncheck the box in the “Hide Location from Dashboard” column for the location you wish to unhide
