Getting Ready for Your OnTech Service Appointment
Once you’ve purchased your OnTech installation and have scheduled an appointment (opens in new tab) using their online portal, there are a few steps you need to take before their arrival.

Download the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab) to your phone or tablet
Have your Wi-Fi password ready. The OnTech installer will need this to set up your system!
Charge any Outdoor Camera batteries (opens in new tab) prior to OnTech's arrival
Charge any Smart Alarm Indoor Camera's (opens in new tab) prior to OnTech's arrival
Please make sure an adult 18+ is home and that your pets are secured for the duration of the appointment
