Overview
The Water Sensor alerts you to leaks and flooding, helping you prevent expensive water damage. They are always sensing, whether your system is armed or not.
We won’t request dispatch of emergency services for water alarms, but with professional monitoring (opens in new tab) you’ll receive an automated call letting you know about the alarm.

Before Getting Started
Before setting up your Water Sensor, you will need to install your Base Station (opens in new tab).
The Water Sensor should be placed on the floor where there is a risk of leaks, flooding, or broken plumbing. We recommend putting the Water Sensor in a laundry room, basement, or underneath a sink.
