How to Remove Products From Your SimpliSafe® System

To remove a device from your system using the SimpliSafe® App:

1. Navigate to the “My System” gear on the bottom of the screen.

2. Choose “Device Settings (opens in new tab)”.

3. Scroll down to your Sensor and tap on which one you want to remove.

4. At the bottom of this page, press the "X Remove Device" text.

To remove a device from your system using the Keypad:

1. Open the Menu on your Keypad and enter your Master PIN.

2. Select “Devices” and navigate to the device you’d like to remove. Select it with the right arrow.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the sensor’s listed settings and select “Remove”. Confirm the removal with the right arrow.

4. Press “Off” to exit the menu.
