How to Change the Extra Siren's Volume

Your Extra Siren is equipped with a whopping 105dB siren. So it's sure to get the attention of any uninvited guests. It can also play a door chime when Entry Sensors are open, and a countdown when the entry or exit delays are triggered. Please note that the Extra Siren does not relay the Video Doorbell Pro’s chime.

You can adjust the various volume levels within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App.

SimpliSafe® Mobile App:

1. Open the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab) on your phone or tablet

2. Navigate to My System from the bottom navigation bar

3. Select Device Settings (opens in new tab)and tap on your Extra Siren

4. Choose your desired setting

5. Drag your finger along the slider bar to your desired volume

6. Repeat steps 5-6 for any additional settings

7. Select Save or Send to Base to save your selections
