Changes to Our Community Forum

For years, the SimpliSafe® Community has been a place for customers to ask questions, share ideas, troubleshoot issues, and help one another. We’re grateful to everyone who has contributed to this space, especially the members whose knowledge and generosity have made it so valuable.
As the way we connect with and support our customers continues to evolve, we’ll be closing the SimpliSafe® Community and SimpliTracker on June 30, 2026, with the last full day of access on Monday, June 29. After that date, Community posts and product requests will no longer be publicly accessible, but your SimpliSafe® account will not be affected.
Going forward, the Help Center will continue to be the best place for support resources, and we’ll keep engaging with customers on Reddit and our social media channels. You can also continue sharing product and feature ideas directly with our team through our Submit an Idea page.

Why Are You Closing the Community
Over time, we’ve seen our customers’ conversations shift towards social media platforms and Reddit, and we want to focus on supporting you there. You'll still have access to our robust Help Center, which we're continuously improving to bring you even more self-service resources.
What Happens To My Login, Account Information, and Posts?
Your SimpliSafe® account login is unaffected. Your Community account’s login credentials will no longer be active after the transition on June 30th. Posts will not be migrated to another public platform, and the content will no longer be accessible after June 30. The last full day of access is June 29.
What Happens To My Submitted Comments?
We’ve received numerous fantastic suggestions and comments from our users about our products and services. Comments submitted as a product request or suggestion have been funneled to our product team. Your feedback has been heard, and we will continue to listen.
Where Do I Submit Product Requests and Suggestions Now?
You can submit feature and product requests to us directly using our submission form. Our product team reviews these submissions on a regular basis.
How Will I Know the Status of New Products and Features Going Forward?
Product updates and upcoming feature releases are shared on our blog, SimpliSafe® app, our newsletter, and via email. We also continue to highlight new enhancements, features, and products here in the Help Center. You can also follow us on Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X for the latest updates!
