The SimpliSafe® App is Temporarily Unavailable

If you receive the “SimpliSafe® App is Temporarily Unavailable” error message upon trying to log in to the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab), this could be due to traveling internationally. 

SimpliSafe® is officially supported in the US and UK. While some customers can access the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab)or Online Account (opens in new tab) when traveling internationally, availability outside these countries is not guranteed and may be affected by security and network restrictions.

Once you return home, you will be able to log into the SimpliSafe® Mobile App as usual.
