SimpliSafe® Beta
SimpliSafe® Beta allows you to sign up to test new features and products before they are released to the general public and provide valuable feedback to help improve our products and services. Users can enroll and unenroll from eligible programs directly within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App. You must use the latest version of the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab) to access the beta program. You can check for updates to your app using your phone’s respective app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Some beta programs may have eligibility requirements. The beta program is available for both iOS and Android users. It is not compatible with the SimpliSafe® Online Account website (opens in new tab) at this time.
To enroll in an eligible program:
Open the SimpliSafe® Mobile App (opens in new tab) and navigate to the three-bar menu in the upper left corner
Choose SimpliSafe Beta (opens in new tab) from the navigation menu
Tap the program you are interested in and follow the on-screen instructions
If you ever wish to unenroll from a program, simply visit the beta hub within the SimpliSafe® App, select the program you wish to unenroll from and follow the steps provided.
