How To Find or Change Your Safe Word

We take your security very seriously, so whenever we speak with you, we may ask for your Safe Word as a part of our verification process. This is to ensure that someone else is not trying to gain access to your system or account.

Note, Safe Words are only available to customers subscribed to a professional monitoring plan (opens in new tab). If you downgrade your plan to Basic App Control, you'll no longer have access to this within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App.
