Multi-Camera Live Streams Beta for Businesses

SimpliSafe® Business Security customers can now monitor multiple cameras at once from a single dashboard in their SimpliSafe® Online Account with the Multi-Camera Live Streams beta. This feature offers a streamlined way to see more, stay aware, and respond quickly with full-screen viewing right at your fingertips.
Note: Multi-Camera Live Streams is currently in beta and may evolve based on customer feedback.
Requirements
Eligible Plans: Pro Plus Business, Pro Business, Core Business
Supported Cameras: Outdoor Camera Series 2, Wireless Outdoor Security Camera, Smart Alarm Wireless Indoor Security Camera
Supported User Roles: Account Owner Only
Not Supported:
Unsupported Cameras: SimpliCam®, Video Doorbell Pro
Ineligible Systems: SS2 (Original SimpliSafe®). To learn more about our upgrade offerings, please contact our support team for assistance.

How to Access Multi-Camera Live Streams
Log into your SimpliSafe® Online Account using the browser of your choice
From the left navigational menu, select Cameras
If you do not see Cameras, select the three-bar icon (hamburger icon) to expand the menu
Supported cameras will automatically begin to stream from this page
Please note, streams will automatically time out after a period of inactivity. If your view pauses, simply refresh the page in your browser to start streaming again.
