SimpliSafe® Return Policy


Test SimpliSafe® in your home for 60 days. Your system arrives ready to work—no drilling or tools are needed. If you aren't 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund (we'll even pay return shipping). 

We can only accept returns purchased directly from the SimpliSafe® website or with the assistance of a SimpliSafe® representative. Products purchased from our retail partners or other online sellers will need to be returned through that same point of sale.

As long as you are within the 60-day return window from when the products are received, a member of our support team can create a prepaid shipping label with which you can send back any equipment necessary. After we receive the return, a refund will be issued. From there, it usually takes 1-3 business days for funds to appear back in your account, depending on your card issuer.
