Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation Guide
Updated
Overview
Our Carbon Monoxide Detector sniffs out dangerous leaks that can happen in kitchens, fireplaces, basements, and more. Because it’s an invisible and odorless gas, Carbon Monoxide leaks could otherwise go undetected. We recommend having at least one per floor, in a bedroom or in a central location.
Before Getting Started
Before installing your Carbon Monoxide Detector, you will need to install your Base Station and make sure that it is running the latest firmware. You can check for updates using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App or Keypad.
