You can change your doorbell’s WiFi network through the following process:
- Take your doorbell off of its bracket. You’ll need to unscrew the security screw and then slide it up and off the bracket.
- On the back of the doorbell, above the micro-USB port, you’ll find two small, circular buttons. The larger one on the left, above the micro-USB port is the correct one. Press and hold this button for ten to fifteen seconds to reset your doorbell. You may need to use a pen to hold it in.
- The light ring will turn yellow to indicate that it is resetting. Then it will flash white and a voice prompt will instruct you to use the SimpliSafe app to set up the camera.
- Use the SimpliSafe app to add a new camera, which includes generating a new QR code for setting up the WiFi.
