If you are experiencing problems remembering your PIN, we can help you regain access to your system and reset your PIN. Please call us at 800-297-1605 and one of our customer support specialists will be able to assist you. You will need to provide them with your Safe Word.
We take your security very seriously—so whenever we speak with you, we will ask for your safe word to confirm your identity. This is to ensure that someone else is not trying to gain access to your system or account, or disarm your system.
You created the Safe Word when you set up monitoring for your system. If you have forgotten your Safe Word, you can view it via your online account on this page of the Webapp, or by following the steps below in the mobile app.
- In the SimpliSafe mobile app, open the Menu by tapping the three-bar ≡ icon
- Select Settings
- Select Location Profile
- Tap the line reading "Safeword" to reveal your Safe Word
