If you are a subscriber to the Interactive Monitoring plan and are unable to manage your All New SimpliSafe system’s settings from your smartphone or tablet, the most common cause is a poor cellular/WiFi connection on your Base Station.
Troubleshooting steps: Ensure your phone is connected to the internet. Then, close the app and reopen it. Try changing the system’s alarm state again. If you are still experiencing issues, you may need to adjust your base station’s location or reset it. Please contact our customer support team directly for assistance.
