There are two main reasons that a SimpliCam may lose WiFi connection. It may be installed too far from your WiFi router, or it may not have sufficient bandwidth on your WiFi.
- First, check to see if moving the camera closer to your router fixes your problem. Simply unplug your camera, move it close to the router, and plug it back in. Once it has rebooted, try live streaming again.
- If moving your camera does not fix the camera, your WiFi network may have low bandwidth. Please contact our customer support for help in diagnosing this issue and confirming the cause.
