“Camera disconnected” means that your doorbell is not currently connected to WiFi. There are two main reasons that a Doorbell may lose WiFi connection. It may be installed too far from your WiFi router, or it may not have sufficient bandwidth on your WiFi.
First, check to see if moving the camera closer to your router fixes your problem. Simply unplug your camera, move it close to the router, and plug it back in. Once it has rebooted, try live streaming again. If this works, you may need a WiFi extender, which we offer. Please call support to order our recommended extenders.
If moving your camera does not fix the camera, your WiFi network may have low bandwidth and may require upgrading your internet plan. Please consult our support team.
