We can only accept returns purchased directly from the SimpliSafe website or with the assistance of a SimpliSafe representative. Products purchased from our retail partners or other online sellers will need to be returned through that same point of sale.
If you need to return your equipment for a refund, please contact us at 1-800-297-1605. As long as you are within the 60 day return window, a member of our customer support team can create a prepaid shipping label with which you can send back any equipment necessary. After we receive the return, a refund will be issued. From there, it usually takes 3-5 business days for funds to appear back in your account.
