Website Control Panel: links stop working after saving changes

Hello, I'm new to SimpliSafe and have been attempting to to use the web-based Control Panel to make changes. I am able to log in and navigate to the page but as soon as I make any changes, the links stop working (with the exception of "logout" and "help center"). For example, I updated a PIN, save

Yes. Same problem here also.  What is goin on?  Everything used to work, but today was the first time I've been on the site in a long time, now my results are the same as above.  WTH?
