Outdoor camer firmware v99.99.99.99
Camera is connected to a solar panel, version was originally 1.7 when setup. Believe I had an episode of the 3 minute record loop drain the battery. Replaced with a fully charged battery and now the f/w version reads v99.99.99.99. This is not an easy to access camera and I have much better things to do then to drag a ladder out, remove the camera from the system, re-add it, reposition it again and hope it works. Guess I'll try calling t/s first, maybe it's a fubar'd camera and needs replaced.

Were you able to get in touch with Support? That incorrect version name issue is known, though it shouldn't be affecting normal function. That 3-minute recording issue is unrelated. Though of course, our engineers are working on resolving both.

Yes was able to contact support.
However, wondering how I will know if/when the camera is updated?
Will the version info display correctly afterward?
