Tracking number- No product shipped
Undelivered product. False tracking number. Same old, same old.
Got return labels. Was told to wait 48 hrs, after receiving 3 tracking numbers for 1 item, to see that USPS has it. Day 3, hung up on by Homer after being put on hold while hecontacted the warehouse. SimpliSafe. Get it together. Honor your companies commitments and don't train/compel your employees to lie to your customers. Feels like bait and switch.
