System not received- poor customer support

Ordered system. Was scheduled to arrive today. FedEx tracking says they sent it to the post office (what post office I do not know). Do not now where it is or when I will receive it. I am leaving for business trip in three days. Was planning on having system up and running before I leave. Now I can not plan on that.
Called customer about 7 times and only got to talk to one person and that individual hung up. I hope this is not a prelude to the service I will receive provided I get the system and do not send it back.
Not a good start.

I am with Simplisafe for more than three years and only needed support once or twice and today for what may be the last time.  I am on hold with two different phones and no response.  That simply is not acceptable.  You have a clue it seems so follow your own intuition.
