Still waiting for my order

Ordered a Simplisafe system on November 18th 2020.  Called to check for the status of my order a week ago. The customer service department said it would take 7-10 business days. Called today 12/10/2020 to get a tracking number. When I looked it up with the support tech, Fedex said the order had a label created on 11/20 but no further information. The tech said the order must have been lost and created a new order and my system should hopefully arrive early next week. Don't know how this could have happened, but your support staff was very apologetic and helpful.
