Communication snafus continue with Simplisafe.

Just confirmed with a support agent they are closed at 3PM eastern tomorrow, Thursday, December 24th. Okay, I get it, you want your associates to have time with their families but what is not acceptable is not telling your customers. Not by a long shot.

You can build a world class security system. You can develop software that just a few years seemed impossible.  You can make great, entertaining commercials, you can do acts of charity. A question: why can't you communicate properly with your customers?

A lump of coal for Simplisafe management. Your customers and associates deserve better. Period.
