SimpliSafe and Apple HomeKit

We're definitely exploring a variety of different home automation platforms. We just released Alexa compatibility a little while ago! We'll let you know when we expand into others.

Any word of any updates or improvements. Still missing the door bell, outdoor cameras, lock not August locks either, and HomeKit?

I have a version 2, but will not upgrade to version 3 unless HomeKit is officially supported. Too many companies make promises of HomeKit support, then months or years pass without the promised functionality.

Well I know I was planning on switching but when SS said that HK was coming I was all to excited.... I have gen 2 also... I did run the hack HK version it was nice... It did not run like I seen with other companies.... like having a door status, temp, etc but it did disarm via HK.  Well I just hope they bring all the stuff to SS as promised, but I feel ever since that investor drop a large amount of funds into SS nothing is going to happen now.

Out of curiosity (I'm not an Apple guy) do?  Is it like Siri or something?

The Haven (from ecobee) might be a good alternative. I already have an ecobee thermostat and it works great with HomeKit.

How about HOMEKIT, Simplisafe!?!?
