Read before buying: installation service is nonexistent

I got a SimpliSafe system. I am unable to install it myself due to disability. SimpliSafe assured me that I could have it installed for $79. They gave me the number of HelloTech, the company they have a contract with. I contacted them and after waiting over a month and at least three phone calls, they informed me that they don't have enough techs to install my system. I contacted SimpliSafe and was basically told too bad, you are on your own. So now I have a security system in a cardboard box. Great customer service, SimpliSafe.

You have 60 days to return it for a full refund.  You may also be able to have your credit card company deal with SS.  And there is always  the option of filing a BBB complaint.  They allegedly pay attention to those.

If SS can't help in your area, don't you have a friend, relative or caregiver who can help? Anyone with normal mobility should be able to do it... It ain't brain surgery. Hope you can get it done, because the system is really great.

I have called, no answer. I wrote months ago, no answer. I called again, no answer. I have been. unable to connect, but I paid you money.
Doorbell and little tower thingy no longer working after a couple weeks. Only one of us is connected. No customer support of any kind.
