Chat tells me they can't help, and I've been on hold now for 26:33. Any idea as to actually get help? I can't access my profile online, and they refuse to delete the address that I sold.

@carabinproperties you may not like my suggestion, but I would wait to call late Monday morning. Lines will be less busy. As far as your property, SS will not delete any address, but they will "inactivate itt" so it will not appear. As it appears you are a real estate business (my apologies if incorrect) you should ask for the "business dashboard" they recently announced if you don't already have it. It is my understanding it offers additional mgt tools not available in the consumer dashboard.
