Lack of response from Support or Anyone

From a paying customer perspective, I'd like to understand why I'm seeing such a lack of response from you to questions in this forum?

You can't even search to see if someone's already asked the same question!   I expected better than this.

I came here to find out how to troubleshoot, replace batteries etc on a motion sensor. Instead of product manuals or helpful discussion I got nothing.

For such innovators, you really don't show well here. If you don't care about your customers any more than this, we don't need to keep doing business with you.

They don't monitor the forum (or at least seldom contribute).  The only (semi) reliable source of help from them is via phone.

You can search, just use google search with the "site" keyword
