broken system- can't reach simplisafe

I purchased Simplisafe at the end of October. My home base stopped working at the end of December. I have called almost every day, left several emails and have still never been able to speak to someone. If I am not able to reach someone by the end of the week I will be forced to return my entire system for  full refund since it stills falls within the first three months of purchase. I have recommended several family members to simplisafe and I will be notifying them they should also return their systems.

Don't know if you had a typo in your post but the return policy is 60 days, and it starts from the date you purchased, NOT from the date it shipped. (although if push came to shove, I'm guessing the holiday mess would be an exception).

Try calling them at 9 am (ET) in the mornings when they open, press #1 for sales - someone should answer more quickly.

SS really gone downhill. I just called cuz system won't allow me to check in with my laptop and before the guy transferred me to tech I heard him say to someone in his area "hey, we have 47 people waiting for tech support".  I'm cancelling. Getting different system. Jim Riley  Muskegon MI.
