I Just Wish I Could Have My Money Back

I will start by saying, I hate this company. When I got my system the sticky pads for all of my devises where defective, I called and waited on hold for an hour for someone to say they where sending me new ones for all my devices. Three days later I got four sticky pads when I told the services woman I needed twelve, I called again waited on hold for an hour and half before my phone died. I sent an email, that still has not been replied to, and called for a third time this time having someone answer in an hour just to be hung up on. SimpliSafe then sent me an email asking how they did, I told them my issues and a manager called me within the hour to say she was sending me an abundance of new sticky pads. They sent them to the wrong address. I call again to tell them I had not gotten them, am told about them being sent to my old address and am then told they are sending more sticky pads. I got the package today, they send four pads. This has been going on since December 17th and at this point I don't know what to do. I just want my money back, I'm tired of being on hold and nothing happening. I just wanted to get a nice system for my new home but instead I got my money taken. I hate this company.

If you ordered less than 60 days ago, you can call and get a shipping label to return it for a full refund
