Charged 6 times in 3 weeks

Anybody else having the problem of their card getting charged multiple times. I was charged 6 times since 11/20. On 11/20, 11/23, 11/27, 11/30, 12/2, 12/7, 12/8 and 12/10 at $4.99 a pop for a total of $29.94. This is crazy and they can't tell me why. Looks like I'm going to RING. And they're not "Pending" in my bank they all actually went through

@ cody.reaser95 is this the single issue you have or are there possibly other reasons you dislike SS? If just this, did you ask SS to issue credits? They don't know why but did nothing to correct it? If, in the unlikely event, SS told you to drop dead and they weren't going to do anything, did you call your card company to dispute it?

What monitoring plan do you have? Do you have six cameras by chance?
