I just found out that the old system with 2G module is no longer being supported. Why were those modules not automatically sent out to current subscribers? Why should they only be sent out when requested? I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I didn't receive any alerts or messages of this phase out at all. I'll most likely not recommend Simplisafe going forward.
