system won't arm or disarm with app anymore

I've noticed that I can only control the system by physically touching the keyboard.  This is with an upgrade. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes,I am having that issue.  I've been having it periodically for about a week and today it doesn't work at all.  I have tried multiple wifi networks and deleted the app and still nothing.  I guess my next step is to reset the base station and go from there.
