I cannot for the life of me understand FedEx. My SS3 package was picked up Monday in SEEKONK, MA. Today is Friday and this package is in Chicago, IL. 5 days later and its not even near Arizona. USPS would have had this in Arizona in 5 days. At this point Im not confident that it will be delivered on Monday. SS if you are listening, please drop FedEx. Literally any other service provider would be better. I will not be ordering new pieces from your site if your continuing to use FedEx. Ill try Best Buy or another retailer.

I did take the liberty of having a look at your order to see if we might need to send a new package, and I'm glad to see that it's actually getting close to delivery. So hopefully you'll finally have in in hand very soon!

For future reference, if I am in a hurry for a package from SS, and its important, I specify FedEx and after its picked up in or near bean town, use FedEx to change delivery to Kinko's. Lucky for me, there is one less than a 1/2 mile from my house open everyday.
