I am in a similar situation. I returned the system and have been following up with customer service reps (almost spoke to a dozen of them) and their supervisors. Everytime I get different answers. To name a few - 1. We have received your system and processing your refund. 2. We have already processed your refund. 3. We have still not received your system. All these in random order. I feel there are a bunch of cheaters sitting there to loot. I am leaving this to my CC company to fight them with. I have provided them with all the relevant docs. Simplisafe lost my business and I have also shared this experience with friends and on forums. If they do business this way. I am sure they are going down soon.

I returned a system that my wife had ordered ,When I got my refund it was 42.32 short . I want to know why since the system wasn't even unpacked . I ordered another system which I haven't bothered to open . I'm waiting for their explanation why I was short changed on my refund . There is no excuse for the short change ,either make it right or the order I received will also be returned . I won't deal with people like this and it will be reported to the BBB and Attorney General .
