New Simplisafe system went through set up but will not finish and activate. Please let me know what I should check.

@Landsy Call SS support and they will take care of this for you. Be prepared to give them the base serial number and your safe word (if you have monitoring.)
They are open daily until midnight Eastern.

Are you getting a specific error message? What stage are you getting stuck on? If you're able to share screenshots, that can help as well.
We went through the same issue with the system not letting your complete the activation. We called CS and we were on the phone for over an hour and they could not fix it. The solution so far is send us a new unit. We will see when that arrives. Right now we are not impressed. The CS was ok.
