Unable to sign in
Tried changing my email--soon retiring. Signing in said my password was incorrect. Tried to reset my password and after multiple attempts and 6 digit codes, all my info has been lost and my account shows no devices, etc. My dashboard shows nothing to monitor. Help.

Sorry to hear you're having sign-in trouble. If I have this straight, you have had your account under your work email address, and since you're leaving that workplace soon, you wanted to switch it to your personal email address.
Could it be possible that you (or someone in your household who has access ) had already changed your username (email address) at some point? It sounds to me like what happened is that you inadvertently signed up a totally new account under your work email.
So it's possible that your actual account still exists, just under a different email. If you try signing in with your personal email, you might be able to get through. Alternately, you can give us a call at 800-548-9508 and our Support team can straighten this out for you!

Apparently I trying to change my email, I mistakenly set up a new account. I already had an account for years. Now when I try signing in, it takes me to my new account and I can’t access any of my information like devices, etc. how do I retrieve my old account. I have an account number.
