SS3 Base station constantly plays start-up tone and says welcome to simplisafe alarm off

My base station is still playing it start-up tone then welcome to simplisafe alarm off repeatedly as if it had just been unplugged and plugged in but its constantly doing it I have tried reconnecting base station to the keypad and resetting the batteries in both and then plugging in the base station but nothing is working. The more it happens the harder it gets to arm the system or change settings

Do you have SS3?  Is your system connected to wifi?  The only thing I can think of that would cause this is if you're still in the 72-hour practice mode, and even then, I don't recall it doing that repeatedly.  You should call SS for assistance in the event your system might not be set up properly, or to make sure it has a proper connection.

This is happening to me too. It used to happen very sporadically, but has started happening once day at least lately. Today it has happened multiple times. It's super annoying.

This is happening to me too, Nothing worked so I had just to shut it off and take batteries out

Each of you should call SS for assistance, it could also be that you may need a new cellular module (SIM) - since carriers have been switching from 2/3G to 4G - SS has the compatible SIMS, call them to confirm you may need one.

This happened to me a few months back. They got me to remove the cellular module and it stopped.
They then sent me a new base station once knew it was that.
