My keypad keeps dying after the last update. Power saving is on

@keny01998 its pretty easy. Call SS, get technical support. They may possibly ask you to do a few troubleshooting steps and then, if still issues, replace your keypad., SS recently replaced my daughter's keypad as it was lighting up in the middle of the night, issue was bad sensor.
