It is easy to install and great customer service. I also like the fact that we can take it with us if we move to a different location.

Thus far, the app doesn't have glitches/issues like so many other apps often periodically do. Glad that it just works.

I've been very happy with SimpliSafe for more than five years. Reasonable cost for devices and services, and replacement of devices as needed. Best protection I've ever had!

I've been happy so far after 8 mos. Haven't had any alarms so far, fortunately, and hope it works as intended, when needed.
