Easy to setup, when it works it’s awesome. When it doesn’t work call customer support and they are right there to guide you through the trouble shooting.

Simplisafe simply works and at a great price. No need for service tech to install. Also the response to tests and alarms is fantastic.

So easy to install. Monitoring is excellent. We were approached years ago by several companies, but we had read reviews on SimpliSafe and chose to go with them. Do not regret it one bit. Great customer service.
