New System. App wont work on phone.

Installed new system yesterday. Phone app wont work properly on my iPhone 11. I cannot get to dashboard. it only gives me option to install new system ( set up ) When I scan the base it says system already active. I can access and watch camera video on my phone but I cannot access dashboard. So I cannot arm or disarm my system or see what is going on with my phone. I have removed and reloaded app several times as well as unplugged and removed batteries from the base. Only hooked up and activated yesterday and the one CSR I spoke to couldn't help me out. Help.

@brophypatrick100 Call support. Also, to confirm, you do need the 24.99 Total Command monitoring plan to use the phone app. If you get a chance please post your outcome here.
