Smart Lock Overview. How do I use my lock?



Our SimpliSafe Smart Lock gives you full control over your door lock from anywhere.

For installation help, please visit this page. Once installed, your lock can be synced with your SimpliSafe system to automatically lock the door depending on the system status. Locking or unlocking can be done easily via the SimpliSafe App, the Keypad or an outdoor PIN pad. No need for new keys either since our lock is designed to work with your existing single cylinder deadbolt.

The SimpliSafe Smart Lock will alert you in real-time on any type of activity on your door. A physical weather resistant PIN pad that comes with the lock can be used to unlock the door and disarm your system from outside.

The new SimpliSafe Smart Lock comes with an array of features from timed auto-locking to keyless entry to remote access and more.  If you're also curious what happens to the Smart Lock when your arm or disarm your system, you can view/change these settings through the mobile app’s settings page.
