​24/7 live guard protection is a new way to protect your home using the Smart Alarm™ Wireless Indoor Security Camera. In the event an alarm is triggered within your home, our monitoring agents are able to view the live stream and engage with any potential intruders in real time. During this interaction, the agent may ask for your safeword in the event an alarm was triggered by mistake. Providing an incorrect safeword will result in an immediate request for dispatch. Whereas if someone is claiming to be an authorized guest (e.g. house-sitter) our Monitoring Center will attempt to verify the guest with the Primary Contact prior to requesting dispatch. ​

​After the monitoring agent ends their stream, you’ll receive a timeline event of the recording with everything they saw, heard, and said via 2-way audio.​
